Made a fresh 5.1.0 install and still not able to edit/move/delete modules.

Is this a known new bug? I can't edit modules via Sitebuilder since updated to 5.1.0 RC1

I believe he isn't referring to images uploaded, but external images within [img] tag. BTW, I have just noticed on my test site that visitors are indeed seeing links instead of the image within [img]...

Have you tried this? : Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Registered Users /etc -> scroll a bit and edit Forum Permissions -> Maximum Attachments per Post
