Uploaded the latest VBB as per the manual's instructions and attempted to run the Install script. Previously upgraded VBB twice without a hitch but this time I'm dead in the water. Any ideas?...

Well Jerry, my new webhost PowWeb does not permit outside access to the database which exist on another server so its impossible to connect with PuTTY.

I'm a complete novice with MySQL and...

You have to go into the web site Control Panel (NOT Eve CP), select Site BackUp, check off Databases and then hit the Create BackUp button.

Thanks Jerry I made a back up of the dbase, it's in ".tar.gz" format. I extracted it and ended up with "filename_eve.sql" which is 147,657 KB.
