What conditional to hide Reputation bars in MEMBERINFO

I figured it out, I had to patch my linux distro to take into account the new daylight savings times that went into affect in 2007 in the USA.

It updated the timezone files....

My server time is correctly set as EST -5 GMT. and my Admin Control Panel is Set as EST -5 GMT.

But my users time is off by 1 hour. They had to go into their User Options and manually disable...

Can Use Reputation YES NO

If this option is disabled for a usergroup, it hides the the ability to leave Rep. But I would also like to hide this usergroup from seeing other people Rep bars....

I have a subform with many posts in it that are indexed and searchable. I use VB search.

If I disable this option for the forum, will vBulletin clear up the "word" and "postindex"...

This is definalty a bug but I cannot figure out why it happens, somehow vBulletin is inserting a "N;" into the 'forums' column in the 'subscription' table here is what I did to fix it.

I fixed the issue. In the subscription table there was a "N;" in the 'forums' column for one of the subscriptions, I am not sure why vBulletin inserted this value into the table.
