They are on a web server, just not the same server as our website. I'm guessing there is no work-around for this problem other than moving them.

Gained access to admincp
I have gained access to the admincp. I did have my name and not ID # in the config.php file. Once I changed it I was able to get in. Thank you for your help....

Lost login screen to Admincp

I didn't have to enter anything to start the command line tool. I just opened it up and it asked for a password. I know I'm missing a step somewhere.
