Wondering how long it takes to expect an answer for emails that are sent to [email protected] ?

I've sent a couple emails so far

So a paid subscription change the primary usergroup of a user to one that have access to certain forum. Does it change it back to the original (before subscribing) usergroup after the paid subscription...

I have a script that I want to run in the navbar, so I uploaded the script files to the forum root folder.

I went to navbar and put the following to the end of it

er.. nvm a little digging and figured out the problem

Installed mViet (keyboard typing function), the languages, etc... then a skin for main forum.

But when I login to admincp, I get the following

How do I make it so that only Administrator can "Physically Remove Message" while Supermod & Mod can only soft delete the messages?

Quite clueless on how to continue this; I have Categories Hierarchy 2.1.1 installed in my forum. During the import session, there was some weird error on the first thing like these:
