how to authorize moderators to ban users

I have the same problem. After post in quick reply, it shows blank screen in firefox, but works fine in IE.

have the same problem.. the email looks normal, it's aol email. but there are other aol's mail that sent before this one. I tried sent 500 at once, and tried sent 100 at once, it still stucks the same...

My forum hasn't been upgraded for ages. it's still 2.2.7. I just bought the new license and it says "to upgrade, the forum should be at least 2.2.9".

So how do I go about upgrading...
