Horse, bolted. Thanks very much for your help.
Really clever to create UI where in your world 12k is less than 0. It's idiotic.

Pruning members by post count problems
So, I wanted to delete anyone who hadn't confirmed their account who had zero posts.
The 'posts' box is 0, do a search, loads of results with 0 posts... vape all results.
However,...

Attachments not listed
Hello,
Does anyone know why some attachments wouldn't be listed under the user's attachments list (from their settings page)?
Also why would some attachments have checkboxes...

Enabling/disabling a plugin from a query
Hi there,
I created a query to enable and disable a plugin from a mySQL query; thought switching from 1 to 0 and back again was all that was required. I did this so I could turn a message...

Diabling plugins did it. I was doing the the thing of disabling stuff i thought it could be, but leaving what I thought it couldn't be. But disabling all the plugins soon points out how wrong I am....

Hello,
It's my own server. I don't have any caching installed right now and it's on my list of things to do!
Do you think this would solve a problem that seems to have arisen...

Sluggish vBulletin - any tips?
Hello,
Users are saying all of a sudden that a vBulletin board I own is slow and unresponsive.
While I don't find it to be too bad, there is a marked slowness. Going between...

Yeah, questions and answers is best.
Or look for things that are consistent. I find that all 98% accounts are gmail, so am just going to ban gmail - or put such users into a holding area...

This is shocking to me, and I question the legality.
We have bought the software. This release isn't new features, it is fixing problems in the software that we purchased. By fixing "27...

Just one more message on this topic, as I did stir up a bit of a hornet's nest.
Infopop back in the day would remove any messages that didn't fit with their world view, and even banned you...

Which isn't something I'll buy anyway... I use Wordpress, and I wouldn't want to switch a widely-supported, years-old, open-source CMS which I enjoy for a brand new unproven closed source system....

I did. Same old admin, no new features... I just reverted to v3 (the site is low trafficed enough that it can be a 'test' site sort of).
Are you vB staff? If so you should make your upgrade...

If that is true, that's not so bad... because v3 has been around for quite a long time (2 or 3 years I think).
But it doesn't say that on the upgrade page. It just gives $175 for a renewal,...

Yeah, sorry... admittedly I didn't search very much on this, I was incredulous and in a rush. </excuses>
But wow... a few new graphics, and whack the price up over 400%.

Question about renewal...
Okay, I'm confused. I managed four vBulletins. Haven't felt like updating to v4 as I saw no point, but did upgrade one of them today just to see what v4 was like.
But for one of the other...
