Using this URL, I replaced "example" with the name of my forum (of course) and "vb3" with forum.

I went in and manually set these task times. This may have fixed the problem, as I notice that the new dates and times are now appropriately in the future.

Since migrating to a dedicated server, I have this problem...
all of the scheduled tasks are set for dates in the past, many are 1/18 or 1/19/06, and today's 1/26/06.
