Need help with Permission Preview

Either I don't know how to get Permission Preview to work, or there's a bug.

I have a fresh copy of 4.0.1 installed with the sample CMS content.

Doh! I had the sandbox setup for echeck instead of credit card. It's working now. Thanks!

It's been at least 2 hours. I also did a Run Now on everything in the Scheduled Task Manager, including Subscriptions.

The PayPal part looks like it is working properly. See paymentinfo.gif.

However, membergroupids does not get updated. See user.gif.

The subscription info is in subscript...

I want the sub-forums to be displayed like normal forums:
