New Usergroup - Perminssion Denied

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I have VBA CMPS installed and I didn't know that it had usergroup permissions too. Once I allowed the usergroup everything worked.

It's being used as a primary.

I'm pretty sure that I have all the right settings. I've attached a screenshot of the usergroup's permissions....

When I create a new usergroup it denies permission to access the forum even though the usergroup has permission to see the forum. I want to create a second usergroup to promote users to another level....

I figured out the problem. In the "From" field I was changing the e-mail address to the name of the forum. I tested sending an e-mail with the prefilled e-mail and it worked. That's when I realized...

I'm trying to send out e-mails to my members but when I click the submit button I keep on getting this message "Please Complete All Required Fields".

The required fields are filled....

I disabled vbseo and it fixed the problem. I didn't even have to go through the other steps to fix it. Thanks for your help.
