Ok, I'm having the same issue...well, almost the same...

register.php?a=act&u=765&i=80427702 should work but doesn't.

I've uploaded the register.php file in ASCII mode,...

Currently it's set to within the last month, however, there are posts that are newer as the forums were only shut off this afternoon....no difference thus far.

No I cannot , I Allowed HTML but turned off VB code and Even made a 2nd tes annoucment with Just Allow Html set to YES.

I have tried to post a new annoucment and the html will not work , I have it enabled everywhere possiable and even select to allow it in the annoucement along with VB code. Anyone else having this problem...

If I remember correctly Venture's Online also accepts pay pal , but it isn't published on the site I don't think . I remember asking once and they gave me the pay pal payment email.

I just upload all the ones I want into my avatars directory on the server , then goto the admin cp and hit add ..wha-la just check the ones you wanna add

I dunno if this will help but , have you went to the admin cp and checked if : Show forum descriptions on the homepage. is yes or No ? it's under the : (Forums Home Page Options)
