Hello,
there is no column in post table called time. it's called dateline. so instead of $post[time] you have to $post[dateline]
However, the dateline is in timestamp format....

What do you mean by enabling HTML in Notices? vBulletin Notices support HTML by default and AFAIK there's no option to disable/enable it

That's right. Use the hook as mentioned with OP5's post http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showt...72#post2333472 much better and easier to go with all styles.

Do the moving alone and then upgrade to the latest version. Normally a full backup can be taken from the old server and restored at the new server.

All moderation logs can be found accessing adminlog.php from the admincp:
Admin CP -> Statistics & Logs -> Control Panel Log

To solve this try to download new version and reupload the vB non-image files and that you overwrite the ones on the server. Make sure you upload the Admin CP files to the admincp directory specified...

If you are using SMTP, try to use the normal setting for sending email using php instead. If you don't, then try to use SMTP.

You can use the style that fits your needs.
How exactly you find out that you don't have FORUMHOME template?

Clear the queues if you have any:
Scheduled Tasks -> Scheduled Task Manager -> Process E-Mail Queue -> Click [Run Now]
If you still have problems check your SMTP settings...
