Database Error in upgrading 4.1.5 to 4.2

Server is running fine, the rest of the non forum bits of the site are running OK, as is other sites on my server.

I also have this problem, but it seems to be only in firefox. The header pokes out 1px too far to the left. Centering the images doesn't change it.
