I would like the ability to have Custom Avators but would not like users to upload them to the server? Instead, I want the users to link them from other sites. Can I do this?

OK, i just got VB, and I was looking through the Options in the Admin CP. I would like to disable attachments but can not find a option to allow me to disable them. Am I just not looking in the right...
