The worst part is, that they haven't even upgraded the forums yet... Right now it is just the members area and the main site that they are upgrading... So we dont really know how long it will take upgrade...

So basically, the Licensed Owner is the person who has to download and install vBulletin, but he can allow devs to work on the site... you learn something...

So it is also illegal for the owner to then install the files on a private server and allow kwl to access it to make his skin?
