Looking thought my AdminCP and the vB Manual I can't find any information about forcing new members to create passwords with a certain length or maybe using certain types of characters (ie must have numbers...

It used to say that you shouldn't upload the install/install.php file but now it doesn't. Has that changed? So...

Yeah, AdminCP > Forums and Moderators > Forum Manager > Select a Forum > Scroll down to the bottom and there are the options for what set of prefixes to use and if they have to be used.

In the Facebook Connect blog post here one of the vB guys said they were looking into being able to connect to existing fan pages, but I imagine this will all change since Facebook Connect is gone.

In the AdminCP you have to turn them on under the modifications sections. Or if you have manually turned off mods in the config.php file then you have to change that.

Couldn't there be a section in the AdminCP > Settings menu for this stuff? "What to include in 'What's New?' menu." Then there could be posts, threads, blogs, blog comments, gallery photos,...

When I do the "Rebuild Sitemap" I get this error.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 6125396 bytes)

The Recent Posts widget was changed (somewhere between 4.0.2 and 4.0.3). I just added a new "New Posts" widget and deleted my old one. Working fine. Give that a try!

I've uploaded all the files and I skip right to finalupgrade.php as well. When I try to go directly to upgrade_403.php it looks like it is going to work and says "This script will update your vBulletin...
