Works for the above in announcements but when I do it below in a normal post it just is pure html code, why would it work in announcemetns...

yes so you must know what I am doing wrong for the html code, all I am doing is pasting the code in to the forum and then it returns it as pure html in the post, but not in announcemnts, in announcemets...
