All Pull Down Menus do not work for me

This is very odd. I am an admin at a vB 3.0 board (but not the main Super Admin), and for some reason none of the pulldown menus work for me on my board only, but they work on other boards such as this...

How can I fix it so that they can be left reputation? The balance icon is no longer under any of thier posts... the thing is usually when someone is banned (or a limited user account temporary banning...
