I found out from another place, that this should be created in notepad.
Perhaps you could give a discription how we can make this document ore redo it?

I tried again some days later. And did the upgrade once more.
Then it was ok.

I found this document. But it is empty. Can i open this in word?
Just edit it and upload it again?

Fore about 3 ore 4 days now, i have had some troubel with my vBuleltin.
First quick reply, but this is now fixed.
But the reputation thing, is still a nightmare.

You can edit this in the admincppanel.
vBulletin option.
user reputation options.
There you can adjust the value.
