Unregistered / Not Logged in users can download image attachment in spite of permission is " No"

Yes but i am looking for a permanent fix . The workaround i have opted looks odd . I was planning to generate traffic on my forum by offering downloadable content . Hope you fix the issue at earliest...

I have fresh copy of files . Not there...

Expand is only there , not collapse . 2 people me and demi can not have a common problem . There must be many but since this does not bother much , people are not reporting .

My All unregistered users are also able to download image attachment inspite of i have set vbulletin to stop unregistered users to download images.

I have also checked that channel specific...
