In the admin control panel select settings --> options --> channel display options.
You have the option there to set the preview size to icon, thumbnail, small, medium, or large....

I tested it in Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Edge all for Mac. Did not turn on my Windows based machine to try it there. It appears to be working everywhere now.

The .htaccess file has a redirect from install to core/install so in theory you should be able to simply call install/install.php.

Something is definitely wrong then There are 17 entries in the node table and 202,409 in the closure table.

Depending on your the user assigned to run your web server, either 644 or 755 should work. Your your attachments, avatars sitemap, etc, should usually be 777.
