I've ran a forum for quite awhile now and its always been on vB and I've never seen this problem. This is also only occurring within the Safari 4 Beta on Mac, as far as I can tell....

Just a question... if 1 is the best setting and higher numbers cause "significantly less compression," why does vB offer the option to change it?

Oh it looks great! For some reason the output video size keeps changing (640x480 to 480x640) and even though I do settings and change the output to 640x480 it continues to do 480x640... ill play around...
