Missing threads... returning later

We are experiencing a weird problem in our forum.

Yesterday, some users told me that some posts and even threads from the day before were missing.

I looked in the admin and mod...

mod_security is running on the server indeed.

Should i deactivate it?

I don't know.
Where could i find it out?...

PHP version is on 5.3.29

The only error i get on php_error.log is this:

Since we updated our forum to 4.2.2, one particular user has been having problems with her PM and profile pages.
She can't access any.

We thought it was a browser problem...
