hey sorry for the late response now it's working fine i guess as i can see admincp login page, Thanks for your super support.
by the way not a chance as i have already deleted the /install directory...

Error activating Sitebuilder

ok I recreated and re-uploaded everything again .this time i'm facing the issue which i have mentioned in printscreen. Also one more thing outside V-bulletin(If you can explain) ;I have deleted the files...
