Auto update of forum thread

I have notice that if I have a forum open that when new posts are created the browser does not automatically update to show them. In other words I have to refresh the browser to see any new activity....

We are considering using vB integrated into the MindTrust Knowledge Base. I would love to her from other users who have experience with this.
