Agreed with Wayne. A phone number is nice to report issues like a server being down or network outage where you basically let them know of a problem and get confirmation that they are working on it....Last edited by alpha; Thu 21 Jun '12, 12:00pm.

Yes, I agree that every company has a right to change their licensing policies (and not surprisingly after being bought out) but it does not mean we, as customers of the legacy Jelsoft, have to agree...
