vBulletin 5.1.0 multiple upgrade errors
We recently upgraded to v5.1.0 and noticed a couple of problems after the upgrade. It wasn't noticed when we had the 5.0.4 version.- vBulletin Version: vBulletin 5.1.0

Cannot create new sub forum

Cap on the number of pages in each sub forum section
Hi,
One of the users on my forums reported the following:
"It appears there is a 20 page limit of some sort and we are unable to see topics that should be on pages 21+....

Thanks. The forum is on the same server as the database. According to the official site, 16MB is default for the client and 1MB is default for the server:

Server error - no errors in apache log

1. Downloaded the new security patch for v5.0.4
2. Re-uploaded everything (except config.php file)

Yes, we just made a backup, but did not utilize it.

We turned the site off on the server from the Admin CP.
We did not install on localhost so we did not need to change the url. We wanted to upgrade and set it up on our server directly....
