No Access to Private Message

All of the sudden I have no access to private message, I get this message when I try:

Thanks for your reply, but I do not want to disable Private Message. I just want to control it. Like one age group can PM each other but not another age group....

If you tried to reset your password you will receive two emails with links to confirm and reset your password, the problem is those links contain the core directory as follow:
