At a rough guess I would say you haven't uploaded all the files correctly, you are missing the themes, which could be because the file path is wrong.

Personally I use Hawkhost, they have plans starting from only $3.95 a month, you get loads of space, access to C -Panel etc.
I've also found they respond very quickly if I have a problem or a question,...
