Notification when a specific user posts

We have a user we wish to keep an eye on, but do not want to resort to pre-moderation for various reasons. Is there any way we can receive notification when this particular person ONLY posts, including...

Zachery, I nailed this.... you told me to insert it in the postbit_legacy template. That didn't work. However, I found and replaced it in the straight postbit template. This now works.
