moving servers, getting error

Besides the config.php file are there any other files with references to the database file name?

I ask because although the database is indeed named bulletin_board and thats what it says...

I'm in the final stages of moving servers. I've backed up, transfrered and restored the database. When I try to access the forum, I am getting this error:
