They always have, every time I've bought/renewed I've seen which is cheaper, Euro, Dollar or Sterling then just paid it using paypal which uses a much more up to date exchange rate. -
Mine is set to display newest first.

Just encountered this issue myself. It looks like the time you set in for publishing is ignored I tried messing around with the order in the CMS control panel (from the adminCP) and nothing would get...Leave a comment:

I wonder if the reason you can't zoom right in has anything to do with the fact you'd be able to see theres nothing there, like the remnants of the lander.
