From what I know the user is moved out of the paying usergroup and into the default memberbase. So Yes. I'd confirm this first though since my site doesn't use payments....

They will support errors in the software you may have, but if the error is in the SQL db I don't believe they would....

The site itself does not use vbulletin as far as I can tell, only the forums do. If you wanted a 'hot or not' style script probally 50-100$ US or for vbulletin custom integration more.

I believe you could peraphs do this as long as you stick to the one installation, one domain, one server, one database (or w/e it is LoL). Don't take my word on this since thats just my understanding....
