How to change the controls a Super Mod has in AdminCP?

How can I change what controls a super mod has in the Admin CP? I want to allow access to certain other commands without giving them full access.

All fixed now. My global had been overwritten with an empty one. no idea how. Perhaps I canceled a dependent file transfer in dreamweaver.

ahh sorry. Its RC1, was an upgrade from 2.3.0 and has been working fine for weeks. I applied a hack, removed the hack, code the same (its a backup file) and now it is very unhappy.
