Help with Sorting Columns

Contrary to my other post, i was given this code to help me with my table with sortable columns, still I get errors with this code.
I also put in the line numbers into the PHP code. PLEASE HELP...

Basically I am printing out the data of my db, and now I want to make certain columns sortable...please help me.

Mine is from the actual PSD file used for there buttons, so if you give me the right colors I can make it for you. My colors were off.
