Been playing around with some settings, and all of a sudden this error page popped up when I started to access my VB forum.

I think the problem's been solved for now....I think the main issue was that I just never even noticed the "Language Code" function! I had to change that to "ja". Still didn't work...

Yes, there are other problems I'm noticing too. They usually aren't saving as the Japanese characters in the Language Manager either. I type them in and hit save, then they show up...

Yes, my database tables are also set to 'utf8_general_ci'. Tried again with a few different settings and still no luck.
