I did empty the table to fix that. I also checked the footer template, the cron job I know is run via $cronimage variable and it's there.

Yes, I've been always using UTF-8. Perhaps the preview may be incorrect but the real one would be ? I didn't publish the feed on my site yet since the feed displays strange characters even in the preview...

I make a RSS Feed with "Check Feed Every..." as 10 Miniutes but it never runs.

If I press Run Sheduled Task Now it works fine (feeds get posted on the forum).
