If i buy one license of the forum software, and use it on one domain. If that website does not work out, can I use it on another domain as long as the first domains vbulletin is not active?

If i purchase 4.0 right now, and use 3.8. Later on, I decide I want 4.0, can I change with no cost because I purchased the 4.0 suite?

Am I allowed to use 3.8 and if I need to, change back to 4.0. So for example, I go with 3.8 now, but in a month I decide I want to go with 4.0. Am I able to do that?

Am I able to purchase v4.0 and then get v3.8

As well as what is the main differences between the two?
