I restarted mysql through WHM

Recently my vbulletin has been getting database errors. the server was running slow so i resetted mysql. couple minutes later I get this error:

"There seems to have been a slight problem...

i mean the specific size of the image not text.
like for example if i wanted the image no bigger than 300x 300

How do i make it so a Signature can only be a certain size.

I noticed on some templates you can set the category strip as an image, most use the gradient. however i can only see on my admin panel to only change the color.

is dump.sql the same thing as vbulletin.sql?...

I just recently switched servers and I need to upload my backup with all the users and posts. I have the vbulletin.sql file but I dont know what to do with it.

Am I suppose to reinstall...
