Image Attachments are Corrupt

I'm trying to lets admins and mods attach images to their posts, but when the attach a jpg image, it only shows about 20% on the forums. The rest is garbled. Anyone got an idea on how to fix... -
one final question (I hope!) - how come a lot of sites that have templates on them don't span the forums across a big screen? Ie, when I use the default, it uses all the available space on my screen....Leave a comment:
