Scheduled Tasks Not Running?

Well... I thought it may have been fixed, but some of the crons have run once since being re-enabled and now they are not giving a new "Next Time". I added a s/s of my Scheduled Task Manager....

It was missing from one style footer out of the 8 I have installed. That would cause them all to stop running, even if the style was unchecked to be user selectable? Odd. :/
