im running 2.3.2

i have no mods or anything. i just dled vbulliten today and then uploaded it to my site. the only thing i have changed is the style

everytime someone views a thread posted in my forums the view counter goes up by 3 views. So instead of 1 view its 3. any idea what my problem is or how to fix it?

i ordered vbulletin at like 1 am cst sunday morning and i payed with paypal. how long will it take for me to recieve the forums/members area access?

is there any hosting companys that offer a vb license or lease with a payed hosting plan
