I've checked every setting and I can't figure out why nobody has an "upload avatar" option, but me on my forums found here.

I really want to either get a new theme made for my VB5 forums (for an MMORPG Game) or find one from VB4 that I can use but I'm not an admin so to speak and am not sure it's ok to do.

It was set to forums/core
The CP looked fine but the forum itself was all whacked up so I changed it to just /forums
Thats when CP went awry as well.
I changed it back to /forums/core...
