When the New Post Tab is clicked on our page, when you come back every new post except the one just posted in is gone ?

Example:

10 New Post
Click on a new post...

Where do i go to CONFIG.PHP ? <---- I have the user in the ADMIN user group ...But when i click admin permission it says i have no permission to edit ?...

Ive been able to add mod's but no luck adding another Admin.

How do i give an Admin the same powers/access of myself ?
