I checked the admin options and Log IP address was already enabled for admin/ mod's. So far my member still cannot see any Ip addresses.

ok I made a file, like you said, and put it in my forum Dir.

I don't see any difference though, I go to the forum page, where it says it's closed, but when I try to access admin panel, or...

I dont see a file of that type in the "upload folder' from VB download area.

Do i make it with notepad?

yes, Steve it is the new config file, I am going to try and replace all the fiels again. I ran the tool file but didnt seem to help get the forum back.

Also I do not know how to run this : Run Rebuild Bitfields from tools.php, which you can upload from the do_not_upload folder of the vBulletin package.

What I did was upgraded a forum, from 3.02 to the new version. When I did this, I gave the "wrong" databse info in the config file. The information I gave was the DB info from my other Vb forum....
