IE9 and menu trouble

Ive just upgraded from IE8 to IE9, and have noticed the menu bar on vbulletin is now crammed up in the top right hand corner rather than across the top of the forum, anyone else notice this? and is there...

I think it does, The amount of badly written posts in forums suggests a lot of people cannot spell, ( me included LOL) a basic spell checker would be useful I feel.
