How to order threads by lastpost time?

How can I order all threads in the categories by lastpost time? Is there any SQL command to do that via phpmyadmin? There are 272 categories on my forum and it will be too difficult to edit them manually...

I have disabled all plugins, including vBSEO and tried to post a new thread but the page is loading slowly.

But the page still loads very slow. Other pages on the forum are very fast.

I have upgraded mysql service to 5.1 and rebuilded Apache. It seems the issue is solved.
