Does it do anything to rebuild the Post Cache if you are not using any caching?
I realize that vb 3.8 is DEAD, and apparently no one will respond to these questions any longer.
But if your config.php file is set like this (no caching), then is "Rebuild Post Cache"...

Forums have disappeared from admin Forum Manager
My host recently changed the structure of how their sites and add-on sites are set up, which means they moved a bunch of stuff around, and changed from using CPanel to something called SiteTools.

After some research, I ended up setting the permissions of all folders to 755 and all files to 644. I would assume that attachments and avatars folders etc. only need...

Yes, that's what I thought and I went there, but after 20 minutes gave up... please tell me how to search for a particular release. You can't search on a string like '3.7.7'.

Upgraded from 3.7.7 to 3.8.11 successfully - anywhere to find old release notes?
I'm working on eventually upgrading a site all the way to vB 5.x, but I got this first step completed.
Is there anywhere to read the old release notes and announcements for these vb 3.7.x...

Cookie Domain question
