custom titles for moderators only?

my goal: to have custom titles for moderators only. i would like "moderator" to appear under our moderators' names, but i do not want general registered users to have titles. is this possible?...

on our board the page numbers are appearing at the top of the thread. how can we have them appear at the bottom?

i've looked all over the templates, but don't see that option.

I have this same question, though we are already using vbulletin. I have looked through the online manual and other resources; perhaps I am missing it.
