My problem didn't seem to be a permissions issue rather a file format issue. I can post some jpg compressions but not others. Try uploading other file formats to narrow the issue.

Did you trying running going through the steps about and running the SQL Query? Cause that fixed it for me. I had to set it in user group permission for everyone to have the option then I had to Execute...

Well I just cleared the list saved it, Put it back in and saved it again and now it's working. Hmmm mystery.

Could the problem be spaces in the censord words? i.e. {ugly gorilla}
I copied and pasted my list in a word doc searched it that way. Gone through it a dozen times by eye.

My "J"s are being censored.
It's a amazing how little the letter j is used. But none the less it still seems to crop up and when it does I'm getting an *. just becomes *ust , jpg becomes *pg.

Yeah I even created false php garble but I couldn't find hide nor hair of it triggering any error logs. Even under the Events Manager.

Sadly I'm my own host so there's only me to blame.
I have "log_errors = On" in my php.ini and
phpinfo();
Is telling me that error_log is set to C:\**********\*****\php-errors.log...

All it says is upload of file failed.
Where's the test Forum? When I try the same file here it appears to work, All I'm seeing it attach in brackets where as in my forum...

Ok well this is odd. I can upload some .jpg's but not others. Looks like that was the problem possbily. They're all under the same file size and same pixel dimensions. But it likes some and not others....Do...Last edited by EliteZorro; Wed 10th Mar '10, 12:51am.

Not that I have a solution but I have a similar problem. Though I can post images when logged in as an admin. Can you even do that?
